Who would’ve guessed that this year’s Oscar race would include TWO pictures about the Allied forces’ struggle at Dunkirk? Darkest Hour tells the story from Winston Churchill’s perspective, and how the newly appointed Prime Minister dealt with advancing Nazi forces and the threat of invasion.
